2023 AFL National Draft Combine list announced
THE AFL has today announced the 61 prospects set to attend this year’s National Draft Combine. Selections were based on nominations by clubs for the event set to be held between Friday October 6 and Sunday October 8 – the weekend following this year’s AFL Grand Final.

Players will undergo a range of fitness tests at the annual showcase, as well as medical screenings and the opportunity to touch base with recruiters in interview format. A total of 20 more players also received enough nominations to be invited to the three various state-based combines.
In terms of representation around the nation, Victoria accounts for just under half of the nominations, split between Metro (19) and Country (13) regions. The Allied states and territories also had 13 nominees between them, while Western Australia lays claim to 12 and South Australia just seven.
Upon further deliberation with clubs, players will be added to the latter events to be held across Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia. Find the dates and venues for each combine listed below.
