FORM

North Adelaide is on the verge of locking in a finals spot over the next couple of rounds and joining the top two sides in the post-season series. The Roosters are coming off a tight loss to the Eagles last round, but will look to bounce back against the side at the other end of the ladder. Glenelg has definitely looked far better the past few weeks, with only a disappointing five-goal second term the difference between the Bays and second placed Panthers last week.

CHANGES

Glenelg will be minus its young gun forward Eloise Mackereth for the match as she goes and represents the AFLW Academy in Melbourne, and have called upon debutant Aleesha Robran as her replacement. It was the only change the Bays have made to the Round 11 side, while North Adelaide will make a minimum of three changes for the contest. The Roosters lost Libby Taylor (knee) and Jasmine Dallimore (concussion) and have opted to manage Julia Clark for the contest. Among the ins are State Academy member Lucy Reddaway, Brooke Wilson and debutant Abbie Player.

AFLW DRAFT WATCH

The Bays will be without their two top-age bookends in Mackereth and Tessa Davis, but bottom-age star Georgie Fielder will look to back up her sensational performance last round, while Charlotte O’Sullivan is a dangerous forward who can hit the scoreboard. Caitlin Hardin has been reliably producing consistent football for the Roosters, with Reddaway joining Maya Fuller as the other inclusions for the visitors. A top-end talent for next year is tall forward Polly Turner who was thrown back into defence last week and showed promising signs there as well.

PREDICTION

North Adelaide is in a great spot and showed it can push the benchmark side in Woodville-West Torrens last round. Glenelg will give this a real shake and have been getting better as the season has gone on, but you have to go with the more consistent performer of the two.
