Stats Report | 2025/26 NTFL MPL: Round 14
PINT midfielder Archie Stevens picked up where he left off in the NTFL Men’s Premier League, as he topped the disposal charts in Round 14. The Carlton VFL export racked up a competition-high 38 touches, including 23 handballs, as his side beat Tiwi by 37 points on Saturday evening.
>> ROUND WRAP: Schwarze, Crocs spoil Stokes’ party
In what was Stevens’ first appearance back after the Christmas break, he prised possessions at will as conditions took a turn in the second half. Teammate Cameron Wilson was also amongst the action with 30 touches, while Noah Spiteri booted four goals to put him second on the league’s goalkicking list.
Elsewhere, St Mary’s skipper Dylan Landt continued his exceptional form with 37 disposals (30 kicks), six clearances, eight inside 50s and three goals as his side thumped Wanderers. Experienced head Nathaniel Paredes (28 disposals, eight clearances) also dined out in the win.
Fellow Saint Luke Patterson topped the scoring charts with five majors, a tally matched by Southern Districts’ Beau Schwarze. On the opposing side to Schwarze, Bradley Stokes turned it on in his brother Jarrod‘s milestone game, racking up a high of 11 rebound 50s among his 30 disposals.
Waratah was back in action for the first time in 2026, and ruckman Arnold Kirby dominated at the coalface. He not only won 32 hitouts, but also followed up for eight clearances – one more than teammate Joel Stevens. Meanwhile, Scott Carlin notched 28 disposals in the Tahs’ win over Palmerston.
