Alice Voss is a tall utility who played above her 173cm height thanks to her superb vertical leap and aerial ability. Representing the Murray Bushrangers across 10 games, Voss provided a consistent rebounding force in the back 50 averaging 17.0 disposals, 2.2 marks, 4.6 tackles and 4.5 rebound 50s, while also being thrown in the ruck. Her form earned her a place on the Allies' list for the national championships, and Voss went on to play a role in defence where she averaged the six touches and four tackles. Though not able to impact as much at that level alongside so many other talented players, Voss still showed she was among the better NSW-ACT players in this year's draft crop.

Voss has nominated her state for the upcoming draft, which opens the door for either the Giants or Swans if they choose. She does have some execution areas to work on, particularly when it comes to her kicking and composure with ball-in-hand. Though the pinpoint accuracy could improve, Voss does have a penetrating kick, and backs up her run-and-gun style with a strong defensive presence. Able to impact on the ground as well as in the air, the Bushrangers tall has room for growth to go with her already developed athletic areas.
