Brooke Bailey is a 22-year-old former Oztag Australian captain who switched codes to chase her AFL Women's dream. Over the last three years she has won a three-peat of flags with East Coast Eagles, trained on with the Sydney Swans the past two seasons, and represented AFL Sydney against AFL Canberra. Bailey is a medium forward/wing with some impressive athletic traits as well a a high work rate which has seen her remain in AFLW Draft discussions. A readymade prospect, she has been a key player for the Eagles and has developed quickly considering she has had less experience in the code compared to others. One who has also tested herself at VFL Women's level this year, kicking three goals in two games.
