Clark has been thereabouts in AFL Draft circles since captaining Western Australia back in his draft year of 2015. The natural leader has continually gone back to the state league, but enjoyed his best year ever in 2021, averaging 27 touches and 6.8 tackles. He saved his best for last though, being the turning point in the WAFL League Grand Final with 10 touches and a goal in the third term to win the Simpson Medal.
