Lauren Breguet is an exciting utility out of Central District in South Australia with plenty of upside for the future. In her top-age year a couple of seasons ago, Breguet was largely a pidgeonholed forward with outstanding athletic traits and forward craft. However she had rarely ventured into too many other positions. Over the past two years, Breguet has spent time in the midfield and defence, ticking that box. Her main area of improvement from this point on is her consistency which is up and down from time to time, but her best is good enough, especially given her athletic traits and footy smarts.
