Olivia Jesser has some eye-catching traits in the front half of the ground, having been deployed both forward and stints through the midfield as well. While still building up her endurance throughout the season, Jesser boasts nice power, and is able to really control the airways inside 50. Her strength overhead is a highlight, and she is a reliable goalkicker, booting 14 in 12 games to lead the Knights' goalkicking in 2025.

When inside 50, Jesser is capable of providing a contest in the air, but also following up with fierce defensive pressure which makes her a two-way forward. She averaged 12.2 disposals, 2.5 marks, 4.2 tackles and 1.2 goals per game, building an all-round forward profile. While at times she could polish up her field kicking a little, Jesser has the smarts to get the ball into the right spots, and looks dangerous at the drop as well as when having the preferred position in a contest.

The Northern Knights top-ager definitely has draftable qualities, and she did not look out of place for Vic Metro where she averaged a goal-a-game at the national carnival. One with further improvement to come over time, she has the potential to make the jump to the next level.
