Stasia Stevenson presents as a high-upside draft prospect having taken another step forward from her bottom-age season to her top-age campaign. The Eastern Ranges talent played a key role as a high half-forward, working hard to link up her side's midfielders and forwards. Her speed, agility and vertical leap were all on show over the preseason to be one of the more well-rounded athletically gifted players in the draft crop.

Throughout the course of the season, Stevenson managed to be more of a facilitator - kicking just the two goals but setting up countless others. While hitting the scoreboard is a further way to improve, she did slot 10 majors as a bottom-ager from 15 games. Her defensive pressure is high, and she loves to run and carry, putting the ball into dangerous spots that often lead to scoring breakthroughs.

Stevenson's kicking precision as well as her marking a couple of areas she herself has identified as improvements, but her natural athletic gifts and tenacious defensive nature make her a prospect with plenty of improvement and one that will excite clubs as a possibility later in the draft.
