Tesharna Maher is an explosive talent who has come on in leaps and bounds in recent years, catching the eye as an inside midfielder for the Redlegs. Crossing from the Eagles where she spent time as a defender and forward, Maher stepped into the Redlegs program and became one of Norwood's most prominent midfielders. Despite being a late inclusion to the regular side in 2022, Maher won the club's best and fairest, and has gone on with it, having plenty of tricks and skill that allows her to do a lot of damage in the forward half of the ground.
