A WIND-swept Shepley Oval provided the backdrop for one of the round’s most dramatic finishes, with GWV Rebels overturning a 27-point first-quarter deficit to defeat Gippsland Power 9.7 (61) to 8.7 (55) in Round 4 of the Talent League Girls.
