A speedster with plenty of confidence and strengths on court, Annie Miller is a crafty midcourter with a raft of capabilities. Something she is known for is her cool, calm and composed attitude on court, rarely looking out of sorts while her ability to play both wing attack and centre adds another element of versatility to the Lightning’s midcourt. Highly athletic with a great endurance base, Miller has proved she is capable of stepping up to the next level with her consistency and drive making her a crucial cog through the NSW pathways. 

Miller’s class with ball in hand makes her hard to stop when she gets going, finding space with ease and continuously driving toward the ball with plenty of eagerness to not only play her role, but have an impact, too. She may still be young, but what Miller lacks in elite experience, she brings a hard working mentality, raw talent and great potential for development with a very experienced and high-class Lightning unit. Miller's game smarts are showcased in her ability to anticipate both defensive and offensive plays, able to intercept the cross-court ball or adjust her positioning to better suit a pass depending on the situation, using her netball nous and natural ability to quickly change in motion.
