Young and as versatile as they come, Earle recently turned 20 and showed she has a bright future, not just at national level but potentially at international level as well. In 2019, Earle made the step up from junior level to the elite level in New Zealand after having the pressure of being the New Zealand Secondary School Player of the year. She attacks the ball relentlessly and shows no fear in her passing or intercepting, whilst having a high netball IQ and great athleticism. Her efforts with the Mystics in 2019 earned her a place in the 2019-20 Silver Ferns Development Squad and will be one to watch down the defensive end in 2020 for the Mystics.
