A somewhat fresh face to the Adelaide Thunderbirds line-up, Williams provides an element of unpredictability and excitement to their defensive unit. Her three-foot marking around the circle edge is impressive, constantly on the lookout for intercepts and deflections. She reads the play well down back to clog up the space and shut down any easy transition through the centre third. Most importantly, Williams has already had patches of time in the Suncorp Super Netball and has stepped up relatively well under pressure. This will make her a great rotational option for the Thunderbirds, with Williams capable of holding up intensity with her great endurance base and connections across the court.

The speedy midcourter well and truly deserves her first official elevation to the SSN squad in 2022, proving herself in the South Australian Premier League throughout the past two seasons, and dominating despite having a couple of  disrupted seasons.  Looking toward her first official season in the Thunderbirds pink, Williams has plenty of development left in her and will be hoping to gain some valuable court time to hone in her craft and become a force to be reckoned with in centre and wing defence.
