ONES TO WATCH

Key Player: Ebony Marinoff
Breakout Potential: Brooke Boileau
New Recruit: Hannah Ewings

It is impossible to go past the reigning league best and fairest winner as a crucial cog in the Crows’ midfield. She will remain one of the best players in the competition and uncompromising in her approach. Second-year Crow Brooke Boileau is one ready to go to another level after four games in her debut season for the tri-colours. Ex-Port talent and former Rising Star Hannah Ewings crossed to West Lakes and has the potential to be the difference for the Crows as they eye off another flag tilt.

PREDICTION

Adelaide has only gotten stronger over the off-season so it is impossible – healthy list prevailing – to think the Crows will drop off. Expect the Crows to be in and around the top four, with another preliminary final, if not grand final in the works. Three of the last four games at Norwood Oval leading into finals will help, too.
