Isadora McLeay is an exciting tall prospect who earned All-Australian honours following her 2021 campaign with the Allies at the AFL Women's Under 19 Championships. McLeay is traditionally a defender who is strong in the air and fierce at ground level, but can play in other roles across the ground. Using the ball well when coming out of the defensive 50, McLeay can hit long passes by foot. She is equally comfortable being one-on-one with her opponent in the back 50, and the area of the game she can build upon is her offensive output, utilising her skills more often down the groun.
