Erica Greet is a skilful winger who played more than 50 games for North Adelaide in the SANFL Women's before crossing to the Western Bulldogs VFLW side this season. Greet is not a high production player by any means, but her impact-per-possession is higher than most. She wins the ball on the outside and usually makes good decisions with it, kicking it forward to set up scoring transitions.

During North Adelaide's premiership year last year, Greet averaged 14.5 disposals, 2.9 marks, 3.8 tackles, 3.9 inside 50s and kicked the three goals across her 13 games. This year, she averaged the 10.1 disposals, 1.8 marks, 2.5 tackles and kicked two goals across her 12 games for the red, white and blue. There are elements of her game that could round out her performance, including kicking more goals, but what she offers from a wing is exactly what you would want from a facilitator.

Greet's combination of speed with her skill and footy smarts make her exactly the type of player teammates want the ball in the hands of. Going forward in transition, she will hit targets or at the least, put them into advantageous positions. Her consistency has been rock solid over the last couple of seasons, and though her production isn't high, her performance with ball-in-hand has been, and her confidence has grown each season. She is only 25 years-old as it stands, so still has plenty of time to make the jump up to the elite level.
