An eye-catcher with plenty of razzle dazzle, Oskar Smartt made waves with his high-flying antics and powerful bursts inside 50. Able to play both as a forward and in midfield, Smart is a strongly built 180cm talent who does have the license to show off plenty of his flair. In terms of his foundational aspects, Smartt can tidy up his decision making at times, and is often in a rush or trying to move the ball on too quickly.

His production is also lower than where it could be, but his combination of strength and athleticism helps him have an impact on the game in stints. His forward craft helps him also influence the games, and though he needs to do it more consistently, his form throughout the season - which included two games at the national carnival - was enough to earn a State Draft Combine invite.
